ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production).

• Perform Siebel installation, upgrades, patching, and environment refreshes.

• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.

• Develop and customize Siebel components including Business Components, Business Objects, Applets, Views, and Workflows.

• Design and implement Siebel configurations using Siebel Tools.

• Work on Siebel EAI/EIM for data integration, migration, and interface development. 

• Manage user access, responsibilities, and security administration. 

• Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for production issues. 

• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and cross-technical teams. 

• Support release management, deployment activities, and change management. 

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and SOPs. 

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• 3+ Years years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM Administration and Development.

• Strong expertise in Siebel Architecture, Administration, and Siebel Tools configuration.

• Experience with Siebel Workflow, EAI, EIM, integrations, and scripting (eScript/VB).

• Good understanding of Oracle/SQL, Siebel database concepts, and Unix/Linux environments.

• Exposure to Siebel Open UI, performance tuning, and production support.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide end-to-end solutions.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Siebel/Oracle certification is an added advantage.
