Role Description
The Site Lead Employee Transportation role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Site Lead will oversee employee transportation operations, including fleet management, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely and safe transportation for employees. The responsibilities include managing on-ground logistics, resolving any service-related issues promptly, maintaining compliance with safety and service standards, and directly liaising with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. The role also requires regular monitoring of performance metrics, cost control, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in logistics, fleet management, and on-ground transportation coordination
- Proficient in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety policies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities for operational process improvements
- Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and performance metric tracking
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage large teams and adapt to dynamic work environments
- Prior experience in employee transportation, facilities management, or mobility solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
