Role Description
This is a 100% remote, part-time contractor role for a Customer Tech Support Representative. The role involves troubleshooting and hardware reboot support, working across multiple systems to support customers, and clearly documenting service tickets. The representative will address customer inquiries, guide them through processes, and track and report customer interactions in detail.
