Role Description

This is a 100% remote, part-time contractor role for a Customer Tech Support Representative. The role involves troubleshooting and hardware reboot support, working across multiple systems to support customers, and clearly documenting service tickets. The representative will address customer inquiries, guide them through processes, and track and report customer interactions in detail.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Tech Support, Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with Awaken is a plus
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact and engage with customers
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while handling customer concerns
  • Organizational skills for managing and documenting customer interactions efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role or technical support is highly desirable
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or technology-related fields are a plus
