Key Responsibilities

  • Gain complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
  • Take responsibility for prospecting new customers in various corporate segments (especially IT/ITES/KPO/BPO)
  • Travel to client offices and introduce the company's products and services to decision-makers
  • Build lasting relationships with decision-makers to secure regular orders from customers
  • Coordinate with the back office to ensure smooth processing of orders
  • Handle client issues and ensure their satisfaction
  • Engage in concept selling, problem-solving, and relationship management

Requirements

  • 0 to 5 years of experience in B2B field sales
  • Experience in IT hardware B2B sales will be a bonus
  • Result-oriented individuals with a go-getter attitude
  • Hardworking individuals looking for growth in a self-driven environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
