IT Application Manager (SRK PureMed Pharma)

Key Activities & Role Responsibilities IT Strategy & Roadmap: Define and implement the IT roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalability and compliance. System Management: Identify and onboard IT systems (ERP, Field Force, Inventory Management) with vendor coordination. IT Infrastructure: Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring integration, security, and network reliability. Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensure IT solutions meet operational needs across teams. Experience & Skillsets Industry Experience 3-4 years in managerial roles, preferably in pharma, trade generics, or FMCG. Experience with ERP systems and Field Force Applications. Familiarity with supply chain and inventory software. Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP, inventory tools, and field force systems. Understanding of data management, and IT infrastructure. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Ability to evaluate, procure, and integrate IT systems. Project & Vendor Management Strong project management skills for multiple implementations. Experience in evaluation, negotiating and managing IT vendors. Proficient in managing budgets, timelines, and ROI. Collaboration Work with sales, supply chain, finance, and compliance teams. Regularly update leadership on IT initiatives and challenges. IT Strategy & Implementation Develop IT architecture aligned with company goals. Identify & recommend tools such as ERP, Field Force, & Inventory Management software. Ensure seamless integration of IT systems across sales, supply chain, and finance. Vendor Coordination Evaluate and select cost-effective IT vendors. Oversee vendor contracts, timelines, and implementation. Interface between internal teams and vendors for deployment and troubleshooting. IT Infrastructure Management Oversee network, hardware, and cloud solutions. Manage cybersecurity, data security, and disaster recovery systems. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. IT Support Support sales teams with Field Force tools and operations. Ensure smooth functioning of inventory and order management systems. Resolve IT-related challenges promptly.
