Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable furniture products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
Explain product features, quality, pricing, offers, and payment options.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper product displays and showroom cleanliness.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders.
Coordinate with the delivery and installation teams when required.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Keep updated about new products, designs, and offers.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in showroom sales, furniture sales, retail sales, or a related field preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly and confident personality.
Ability to understand customer needs and close sales.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work as part of a team.
