We are hiring! Leplatino, Kochi’s premier sanitaryware and bath fittings showroom, is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Showroom Sales Executives ( MALE/FEMALE) to join our growing team.
If you have a passion for luxury interior concepts, excellent communication skills, and a track record of driving retail sales, we want to talk to you.
💼 Role: Showroom Sales Executives
- Location: Kochi, Kerala (Candidates willing to relocate nearby are welcome to apply)
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience specifically in the bath fittings, luxury sanitaryware, or building materials industry.
- Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Commensurate with qualification, skills, and experience)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors, guiding them through our premium product ranges.
- Understand customer requirements and present tailored technical and aesthetic product solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from product demonstration and technical specification alignment to quotation generation and closure.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and luxury finishes.
📋 Requirements
- Industry Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in retail/showroom sales within the sanitaryware, tiles, bath fittings, or allied building materials sector.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to explain technical product details clearly.
- Education: Graduate or diploma holder in any discipline (relevant business or technical background is a plus).
- Attributes: Proactive, well-groomed, and customer-centric mindset.
