Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of the furniture showroom. The candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, team management, showroom maintenance, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall showroom operations smoothly and efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Handle walk-in customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Supervise and motivate sales executives and showroom staff.
- Ensure proper product display and showroom cleanliness.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics team.
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Maintain billing, cash handling, and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and showroom events.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and grooming standards of staff.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling ability
- Good knowledge of furniture products and retail sales
- Target-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, ERP)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in furniture retail or showroom management preferred
Experience
- 3 to 7 years of experience in retail showroom management
- Furniture industry experience will be an added advantage
