Showroom Manager oversees daily retail operations, drives sales targets, and ensures high customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and visual merchandising. They lead staff, manage inventory, handle promotions, and maintain showroom appearance to boost profitability. Key tasks include driving sales, training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.Core ResponsibilitiesSales Management: Driving showroom performance to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets and increasing profitability.Operational Management: Overseeing daily activities, including opening/closing, inventory control, and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Customer Experience: Providing expert product advice, resolving complaints, and creating a welcoming, high-end environment.Staff Leadership: Mentoring, training, scheduling, and motivating sales staff to meet performance goals.Visual Merchandising: Designing and maintaining an appealing showroom layout to showcase products effectively.Reporting and Compliance: Generating daily/monthly sales reports, managing budgets, and implementing loss prevention strategies.Key RequirementsExperience: Previous experience in retail management, often 2+ years, particularly in luxury, furniture, or high-end goods.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach, manage, and motivate team members.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and staff management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and data analysis tools.Goal-Oriented: A focus on driving sales and achieving targets.
