Qualifications

Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience, with the ability to understand client needs and build long-term relationships.
Customer service skills, including active listening, professional communication, and prompt issue resolution.
Sales skills relevant to showroom environments, such as consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing deals.
Experience working in or managing showrooms, with knowledge of merchandising, display management, and maintaining a premium customer-facing space.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling.
Prior experience in interior design, furniture, home décor, or related industries is highly desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends or extended hours as required, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Diploma or degree in business, retail management, interior design, or a related field preferred.
