Coordinate and arrange showroom visits for clients.
Ensure a smooth client experience through good decision-making, organization,
communication skills, and professionalism.
Ensure Showroom Tours/visits Are Arranged As Required.
Answer external calls in a professional manner.
Assist with administration and HR tasks.
Assist with purchasing stationery and maintaining stock levels.
Maintain proper filing systems and inventory for marketing collateral.
Ensure adequate supply of sales materials.
Coordinate with housekeeping vendors to ensure proper cleaning materials are used for the
showroom.
Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure effective office practice and procedures.
Arrange refreshments for showroom visits.
Prepare and track courier packages.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior or management.
