Role Description
We are a family-owned retail showroom specializing in readymade garments, looking for a dedicated and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our team of 20-25 employees. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, customer-focused professional who can ensure smooth daily operations, maintain a positive and productive work environment, and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in garments, fashion, or lifestyle products.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is strongly preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or Fashion Merchandising is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, customer service standards, and merchandising practices.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, billing software, POS systems).
