Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Manager, located in Ajmer Rajasthan, India. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, supervise staff, and create an exceptional customer experience through personalized service. They will be responsible for managing sales, maintaining showroom standards, training team members, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets. Collaboration with team members to enhance customer service and ensure smooth workflow is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
- Experience in Sales and achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with managing and optimizing the operations of Showrooms
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in the retail or jewelry industry is an advantage
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines
