About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Showroom Manager / Assistant Manager to lead sales and showroom operations for a premium luxury watch brand. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury/premium retail, preferably with exposure to luxury watches.
Key Responsibilities
Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly & annual targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team
Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience
Handle VIP/HNI customers and develop long-term relationships
Drive repeat business through effective clienteling
Maintain premium standards of showroom presentation and visual merchandising
Ensure excellent product knowledge across luxury watch brands and collections
Manage inventory, stock movement, and daily showroom operations
Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular MIS reports
Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards
Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience in Luxury / Premium Retail
Luxury Watch Retail experience is highly preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong team leadership and people-management skills
Experience handling VIP/HNI customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality
