Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Showroom Manager / Assistant Showroom Manager. The role involves overseeing day-to-day showroom operations, including staff scheduling, inventory display, stock monitoring, and compliance with company standards and policies. The person in this role will guide and support the sales team, ensure high-quality customer interactions, and drive showroom sales targets. They will handle customer queries and escalations, maintain a welcoming and professional showroom environment, and ensure that visual merchandising reflects the brand’s identity. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing regular reports, coordinating local marketing or promotional activities, and training team members on product knowledge and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused orientation, with skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience.
- Proven ability in Sales, including achieving targets, up-selling, and building long-term client relationships.
- Experience managing Showrooms or retail floor operations, preferably in jewelry, luxury, or premium retail.
- Effective leadership, team management, and coaching abilities to guide and motivate showroom staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and inventory management capabilities.
- Comfort with basic retail technology and reporting tools (billing systems, POS, inventory software).
- Prior experience in jewelry or luxury retail is an advantage; a diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
