About the Role
We are looking for a versatile, creative, and welcoming individual to join our team. You will be the "face and voice" of our showroom—not only greeting our walk-in clients with warmth but also capturing the beauty of our interior hardware collections for our digital community. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who enjoys interior design, social media, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience: Greet customers as they enter the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide a high-end introductory experience of our product range.
Content Creation: Regularly film and edit high-quality reels, photos, and "behind-the-scenes" content of our hardware and interior products for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Graphic Support: Use design software (like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) to make minor, timely updates to our products. (price changes, new arrivals, etc.).
Engagement & Outreach: Design and send digital greetings, festival wishes, and "Thank You" notes to our clients to maintain strong relationships.
Showroom Aesthetics: Ensure the display areas are tidy and visually appealing for walk-in customers.
What We’re Looking For
The Personality: A natural "people person" with excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
The Creative Eye: Experience in mobile photography/videography with an eye for lighting and detail (specifically for home decor or hardware products).
Technical Skills: Basic graphic design software and social media editing apps.
The Enthusiast: Someone interested in interior design trends and architecture who can speak passionately about our products.
