As a Showroom Car Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of vehicles to and from the showroom, assisting with vehicle displays, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Transport vehicles: Safely drive cars to and from the showroom, customer locations, and service centers.
- Vehicle display: Assist in arranging and maintaining vehicle displays in the showroom.
- Customer service: Provide courteous and professional service to customers visiting Cauvery Motors.
- Vehicle maintenance: Perform routine checks on vehicles to ensure they are clean and in good working condition.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and fuel usage.
- Assist sales team: Support the sales team by delivering vehicles for test drives and customer deliveries.
- Safety compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and showroom policies to ensure the safety of vehicles and people.
- Emergency assistance: Provide assistance in case of vehicle breakdowns or accidents.
- Fuel management: Ensure that all showroom cars are adequately fueled and ready for customer demonstrations.
- General support: Assist with other showroom duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th Standard / SSLC: Basic educational qualification.
- Valid driving license: Must possess a valid driver's license for car driving.
- 1-3 years of experience: Previous experience as a driver for a car dealership or showroom preferred.
- Good driving record: Clean driving history with no major traffic violations.
- Customer service skills: Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers.
- Vehicle knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and operations.
- Physical fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of driving and maintaining vehicles.
- Communication skills: Proficient in basic communication in English and local languages.
