Showplace Cabinetry is looking for a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Material Handler to join our Receiving Department. If you’re organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position Summary
As a Material Handler, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for unloading, checking in, moving, and organizing inventory such as plywood, paint, and other raw materials at our Framed and EVO warehouse facilities.
This position requires someone who:

Can lift 50–75 lbs (with some lifting above shoulder level)

Is comfortable with forklifts and machinery

Pays close attention to detail

Works well independently and with a team

Follows and stays up to date on safety protocols
Work Schedule
-
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-
Friday: 7:00 AM until production is complete (no later than 5:00 PM)
-
Occasional Saturdays: Rare, as needed
Essential Functions

Unload, receive, and check in all inbound material shipments

Stock and distribute raw materials to proper locations throughout the plants

Maintain neat and organized storage areas across facilities
Qualifications
Showplace provides on-the-job training, but we’re looking for someone who has (or is willing to obtain):

Forklift certification

Ability to identify wood species

Strong communication skills with co-workers

Ability to accurately count and record inventory
-
Readiness to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
