We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Cabinet Builder. In this role, you’ll help create high-quality products by assembling materials into finished cabinets. Responsibilities include following written or demonstrated instructions, carefully inspecting work, assisting co-workers when needed, and keeping your work area clean and safe in accordance with company standards.
What You’ll Do

Apply glue, staples, and other fasteners to assemble cabinet components.

Attach and secure necessary parts, including hot melt components.

Stamp and position components on the trim line.

Assist trimmers or help with machine set-up during downtime.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Tools & Equipment
Working Hours
-
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-
Friday: 7:00 AM until production is complete (no later than 5:00 PM)
-
Occasional Saturdays: Rare, as needed
General Requirements

Must be 18 or older
-
Basic reading and writing skills

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to bend and twist throughout the shift

Ready to work in a fast-paced, loud environment

Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
