About the role

Head Vet Technician

ShotVet is seeking a Head Vet Technician to join our team. This role is primarily weekdays Monday-Friday, with Sundays required, and includes travel to nearby states to support our mobile wellness clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality preventive care, including vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and client education
Lead staff training initiatives, including onboarding, skills development, and clinic orientation
Ensure exceptional client service through clear communication and education on pet health
Provide on-site leadership at mobile clinic events, supporting team efficiency and clinical excellence
Maintain compliance with veterinary best practices, safety protocols, and workflow standards
