Job Duties:
- Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Schedule interviews accordingly
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
- Support onboarding and new hire documentation
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
