Designation: Executive - Administration Required Qualification: Graduate Experience: Min. 2-year experienceSkills Required: · Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT) · Problem-solving skills · Can maintain calm under pressure · Team PlayerRole & responsibilities: · Administration Activities · Daily sales entries and coordination with Banks executives · Petty cash management · Daily Sales Reports Management · Maintaining and updating Sales MIS · Updating Google sheet with daily records · Answering MIS Queries · Handle reimbursement invoices and send to HQ to disbursal. · Day to day general Office Administration · Housekeeping and Security Vendor Management · Back-office Maintenance · Transporters Management · Courier services rate contracts · Walk-in Interviews Coordination · Logistics monitoring at center & manage Software · Facility Management. · Coordination between Internal Department · Strong Coordination & Cooperation for Accounts, HR & Purchase activities · Candidate must be fluent in English, Hindi & Gujarati and presentable · Candidate should be ready working on weekends & public holidays · Experience in Front Office Management, Facilities and Office Administration.
