About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Short Video Editor & Social Media Executive who can create engaging, high-quality short-form content and manage our social media presence.
If you love reels, storytelling and viral content and are comfortable using modern AI tools, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook
- Create engaging storytelling videos with hooks, captions, transitions and music
- Design creatives using tools like Canva and basic motion graphics
- Add subtitles, effects and sound design to improve engagement
- Convert raw content into high-performing social media videos
AI Tools Usage
- Use AI tools like ElevenLabs for voiceovers
- Use Google Gemini and OpenAI tools for script generation, captions and content ideas
- Leverage AI for faster editing, ideation and content optimization
- Stay updated with latest AI tools and trends
Social Media Management
- Upload and schedule posts across platforms
- Handle daily posting and maintain content calendar
- Monitor comments, DMs and basic engagement
- Track performance metrics (views, likes, shares, conversions)
- Identify trends and replicate viral formats
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva and Adobe tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects / Photoshop preferred)
- Understanding of short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style editing)
- Familiarity with AI tools like ElevenLabs, ChatGPT (OpenAI), Google Gemini
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing and hooks
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

- Experience in meme content or viral video formats
- Knowledge of sound design and motion graphics
