Short-Term Creative Lead – Microdramas
We are looking for a Creative Lead for a 3-month assignment to manage microdrama projects for a major client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative writing team from concept to final scripts.
- Act as the key client interface for all creative discussions and approvals.
- Own the project end-to-end, serving as the single point of contact from pre-production through post-production.
- Coordinate with writers, directors, production and post-production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure creative quality, consistency, and adherence to client requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in microdramas, short-form/vertical content, OTT, digital series, or scripted entertainment, with strong creative, writing, and client-management skills.
📍 Location: Mumbai
