We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Short-Form Video Editor to join our marketing team and help scale brand visibility across social media.
Your primary role will be to transform raw recordings of company representatives into engaging, high-retention 20–30 second reels/shorts for platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
This is a fast-paced role for someone who understands short-form attention spans, visual storytelling, and AI-powered content workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Edit raw talking-head videos into engaging short-form content
- Add fast cuts, motion captions, zooms, transitions, sound effects, B-roll, and visual overlays
- Create videos optimized for retention and watch time
- Use AI tools for faster editing, subtitles, voiceovers, cleanup, and scaling output
- Take ownership of creative direction and improve content quality proactively
- Repurpose one recording into multiple content variations
- Maintain consistent brand style across all videos
- Deliver videos quickly and meet weekly production targets
Required Skills- Proven experience editing YouTube Shorts / Instagram Reels
- Strong understanding of short-form pacing
- Experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript or similar
- Familiarity with AI voiceover / automation tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of storytelling and social media trends
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with brand/company accounts
- B2B, startup, or tech content experience
- Graphic design basics
- Ability to suggest new content formats
