📌 About the Role
We’re looking for a fast, creative, retention-focused Short-Form Video Editor who is specialised in Premiere Pro and After Effects and can edit premium talking-head educational content for Instagram Reels for

and our clients' videos
This is NOT a basic cut-and-join editing job.
You will edit content for a personal brand helping business owners grow on Instagram — meaning your work must feel premium, clean, modern, high-retention, and conversion-focused.
You'll work closely with our scripts and content system to create videos that grab attention in the first 2 seconds and hold viewers till the end.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Edit 25–30 high-quality Instagram Reels & Shorts per month
- Apply retention-focused cuts, colour grading, zooms, motion graphics, captions, and SFX
- Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with our brand
- Follow scripts + instructions precisely without missing details
- Deliver on strict deadlines (non-negotiable)
- Take feedback positively and iterate quickly
- Collaborate on improvements for hook structure, pacing, and storytelling flow
💡 Minimum Requirements
- Strong portfolio of talking-head Reels/Shorts (mandatory)
- Must have a MacBook or high-end Windows with graphics cards for faster editing
- Excellent English comprehension (you must edit educational content clearly)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Understanding of retention pacing, jump cuts, zoom dynamics, and sound design
- Ability to match our brand aesthetic and follow a clean editing style
- Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and handle revisions
- A stable laptop or system to handle the project without crashing

🔥 Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience editing for coaches, educators, or business owners
- Familiarity with talking-head pacing and premium Instagram editing
- Ability to create subtle motion graphics without overwhelming the video
- A stable workflow for bulk editing efficiently
💰 Compensation
- ₹25,000–₹30,000/month fixed salary
- Performance bonuses: ₹2,500–₹5,000 for reels that cross view milestones
- Long-term growth opportunities for high performers
- Paid on time, every month and improved compensation for your contribution to the company
- Training will be provided to understand the storytelling workflow and editing
