About Zefmo Zefmo is an influencer marketing and digital communications agency working across brand strategy, content production, performance marketing, and PR. We partner with brands in FMCG, clean energy, healthcare, fintech, events, and B2B enterprise software to build scroll-stopping creator-led content.
The Role We're looking for a short-form video specialist who lives and breathes Reels, YT Shorts, and vertical content. You'll own the full lifecycle — concept to final cut — producing high-performing video for both our clients and Zefmo's own channels. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands the difference between content that gets watched and content that gets finished and shared.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Reels and YouTube Shorts aligned to brand briefs and platform trends.
- Turn raw footage, creator UGC, and brand assets into punchy, retention-optimized cuts.
- Stay ahead of trending audio, formats, transitions, and hooks across Instagram and YouTube.
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and influencer managers to translate campaign goals into video.
- Write or refine scripts, hooks, and on-screen text for maximum watch-time and engagement.
- Manage a consistent content calendar and hit posting cadences across multiple accounts.
- Track performance (views, retention, shares, saves) and iterate based on data.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years editing short-form vertical video; a portfolio or reel is mandatory.
- Strong command of editing tools — Premiere Pro, Canva, After Effects, or equivalent.
- An instinct for hooks, pacing, and trends; you can predict what will perform.
- Comfort shooting on phone and basic camera setups (a plus).
- Understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms and best practices.
- Ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines without dropping quality.
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics / sound design skills.
- Experience working with influencers or in an agency environment.
- Basic understanding of paid amplification for organic content.
