Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager with a background in fintech to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant product management experience and a deep understanding of API integration, UI/UX design principles, data analysis, and dashboard management. Key Responsibilities: Product Feature Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and ensures timely delivery of key milestones. API Integration and Platform Enhancements: Lead efforts to integrate APIs with external partners and third-party services to expand product capabilities and improve operational efficiency. Work closely with engineering teams to design, external party, implement, and test API integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange. Agile Project Management: Conduct sprint planning sessions, set sprint goals, and prioritize user stories and tasks to maximize team productivity and delivery speed. Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule. UI/UX Design and Optimization: Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive engagement. Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve product usability and functionality. Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to inform product decisions. Monitor key performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on features to optimize product performance and drive user satisfaction. Dashboard Management: Manage and enhance dashboards, providing real-time access to relevant data, analytics, and reporting tools. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the dashboard meets the needs of users. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of product management experience preferably in lending space. Proficiency in API integration, agile methodologies, and sprint planning. Strong UI/UX design skills with experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpretation. Familiarity with merchant and lender dashboards, including reporting and analytics features. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
