We are looking for a skilled Shopify & WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain eCommerce and corporate websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building responsive, high-performance websites and customizing themes, plugins, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using Shopify and WordPress
- Customize Shopify themes and build custom functionalities using Liquid
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and apps
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and responsiveness
- Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and performance issues
- Ensure website security, scalability, and best practices
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and backend teams
- Manage website deployments, hosting, and version control
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Shopify and WordPress development
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with Shopify Liquid templating
- Strong understanding of PHP for WordPress development
- Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
- Knowledge of Shopify apps and WordPress plugins
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of Git/version control systems
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WooCommerce
- Knowledge of React / Next.js (added advantage)
- Familiarity with headless CMS architecture
- Experience in website security and optimization tools
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices
