Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur for a Shopify & WordPress Expert. The role entails developing, customizing, and optimizing Shopify and WordPress websites to meet client requirements. Day-to-day activities include creating and uploading content, improving user interfaces, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing SEO best practices. The expert will also collaborate with design and marketing teams to enhance website functionality and performance, ensuring alignment with digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shopify and WordPress development, including theme customization, apps/plugins integration, and performance optimization
- Experience with SEO, analytics tools, and improving website usability
- Strong communication skills, with expertise in crafting Press Releases and Public Relations strategies
- Knowledge of New Media trends and ability to adapt writing and content strategies accordingly
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
- Experience managing e-commerce websites and familiarity with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is a plus
