About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Demand Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of full-funnel digital campaigns targeting upmarket segments. In this role, you will work closely across Retail Marketing, Growth and Sales teams to accelerate the success of our marketing initiatives and achieve retail revenue goals through the adoption of our Point of Sale product.
In this role, you will develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies across digital channels, including Paid Social, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Direct Mail, and more. Your goal will be to effectively drive engagement and success within our upmarket sales funnels while ensuring alignment across teams through a well-structured targeting and segmentation strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in implementing successful ABM programs that deliver measurable results and drive significant revenue contributions. You should thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple stakeholders effectively, and demonstrate a passion for achieving outcomes that align with revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the development and execution of strategic campaigns across all digital channels associated with the ABM strategy, including but not limited to Paid Social, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Content Syndication, Direct Mail, and Website Chat, to effectively drive engagement and success within upmarket sales funnels
- Manage the retail targeting lists against the sales team book of business, utilizing a tiering methodology and segmentation strategy to operationalize and communicate targeted account lists across teams, ensuring a cohesive targeting strategy that maximizes impact
- Support ABM full funnel reporting by conducting regular analyses of program performance to optimize efforts for the most effective marketing mix and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Oversee the continuous management and analysis of the ABM funnel, ensuring effective tracking of engagements from initial contact through to conversion, along with prioritization tactics and alerts for sales
- Facilitate sales enablement by providing ongoing visibility into the campaign plan, content, and performance, ensuring that sales teams have the information they need to engage effectively with Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs)
- Develop and implement nurturing strategies within marketing emails and support sales cadences, enhancing conversion rates and overall revenue success
- Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing stakeholders, budgets, timelines and processes
- Communicate insights, learnings, and performance results to all relevant stakeholders on a regular basis, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly updates, to foster alignment and drive improvements
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including MUX, PMM, FED, Data Science, RevOps, Sales, and channel teams, to create thoughtful and integrated multichannel programs tailored for upmarket segments
- Continuously optimize campaign strategies and messaging through regular A/B testing and data analysis, ensuring campaigns remain effective and responsive to audience needs
Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, specifically within Account Based Marketing (ABM) with a strong emphasis on digital and paid marketing strategies
- Proven track record of developing, managing, and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with ABM objectives and drive measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation platforms and ABM tools to enhance campaign execution and program management
- Strong analytical skills, with practical experience using analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, or SQL
- Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities, ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- A passion for demand marketing and a hands-on approach to building innovative solutions that drive engagement and conversion
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting, with a keen ability to identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement
- Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization strategies, and other testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, resolving ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset and agile thinking
- Excellent collaborative decision-making skills, capable of driving consensus and executing quickly in a team-oriented setting
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and adopt a "get shit done" attitude focused on achieving results and overcoming challenges
