What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a Shopify Project Manager | Client Success who can lead enterprise-level Shopify projects from strategy and development to deployment and optimization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, align technology with marketing, and deliver exceptional client experiences while driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage Shopify projects with expertise in apps, integrations, and third-party tools
✔️ Oversee Shopify store development from planning and strategy to deployment and optimization
✔️ Handle Shopify Plus & enterprise clients, ensuring scalable, high-quality project delivery
✔️ Leverage Shopify marketing knowledge across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SEO & CRO
✔️ Align development and marketing teams to deliver client success and measurable business growth
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
✔️ 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience (Themes, APIs, Customizations & App Integrations)
✔️ Experience managing enterprise/high-volume Shopify stores (Shopify Plus preferred)
✔️ Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SEO & CRO
✔️ Excellent project & stakeholder management skills
✔️ Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Preferred Skills
✔️ Experience with Shopify Plus and multi-store/multi-region eCommerce setups
✔️ Proven success managing high-volume stores and driving conversion & revenue growth
✔️ Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM integrations, headless commerce & custom checkout workflows
✔️ Strong analytical skills with Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, heatmaps & A/B testing
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management, including C-suite and external client communication
✔️ Prior experience in a Shopify/eCommerce or digital marketing agency
✔️ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana & Trello
✔️ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
