Product Partnerships: Senior Partnerships Lead

One Shopify's partnerships teams is responsible for partnering with the largest companies in the world to integrate and build products that help our merchants better connect with their customers. These partnerships are complex and often involve a wide variety of products. Managing these partnerships requires expert relationship management skills, knowledge of the commerce and advertising industries, and a deep understanding of our products. Partnership leads are individuals who own a portfolio of these relationships. Which may include companies like Meta, Google, Apple, Microsoft. The portfolio changes often, as our product priorities change. It is common to wear many hats and own these relationships from a holistic (cross-Shopify) point of a view and cross-functional perspective. You'll be responsible for the long-term success of these partners, including any future business and product development initiatives across Shopify's Product areas. This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role where you'll interact frequently with legal, engineering, product, design, support, and marketing teams. You will become an expert on Shopify's product strategy, and align our product goals with those of your partners.
