Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Shopify Order Manager and Customer Support Specialist, based in Gurgaon. The role involves managing order processing, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely updates on order status. You will provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will analyze order trends, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Order Management and Order Processing skills, with experience in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address customer inquiries and foster satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt quickly to challenges
- Proficiency in using Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis is a plus
- Prior experience in e-commerce or retail operations is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
