We're hiring: Shopify Operations & Client Success Associate Onsite — Dwarka, New Delhi
Psycho Scaling is a performance marketing agency scaling fashion and streetwear brands through Meta & Google ads. We're looking for someone sharp, fast, and genuinely into the space - someone who understands what makes a product page convert and can own client communication without hand-holding.
If you've freelanced for a brand, run a side store, or just obsessively audit fashion websites for fun - we want to talk.

What you'll do
- Run day-to-day Shopify store management — product uploads, collection updates, discounts, app setups, quality checks
- Implement conversion rate improvements on product pages, checkout flow, bundles, upsells, and trust signals
- Coordinate with clients on updates, approvals, and timelines
- Work closely with the ads and creative team so the website always supports the campaign
- Debug day-to-day issues — app conflicts, broken links, payment and shipping checks
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of hands-on Shopify experience (agency or brand-side, freelance counts)
- Strong communication and task ownership — you follow through without being chased
- A conversion mindset — you care about purchase performance, not just completing edits
- Comfortable moving fast in an agency environment
- Based in Delhi, available onsite, has a laptop
