About the job
We’re looking for a proactive, execution-driven Shopify Developer Intern based in Bengaluru who is available to join immediately.
You’ll work closely with our eCommerce team to build and optimize Shopify stores and landing pages for international brands, while gaining hands-on experience taking projects from concept to live deployment with a strong focus on user experience, performance, and conversion-driven design.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys modern ecommerce design, animations, and building visually polished Shopify experiences.
Role Overview
You’ll assist in designing, developing, and optimising Shopify stores while collaborating with designers and marketers to create high-performing ecommerce experiences.
We’re specifically looking for candidates who are comfortable working with:
• Figma
• Scroll animations and modern web interactions
• Shopify theme customisation
• Figma-to-Shopify implementation workflows
We’ll help with the relevant tools, systems, and workflows, but strong execution ability and design awareness are important.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in building and launching Shopify stores from 0 → 1 under guidance
• Convert Figma designs into responsive Shopify pages and sections
• Implement modern UI interactions, scroll animations, and ecommerce-focused experiences
• Create and optimize high-converting product pages and store layouts
• Customize Shopify themes, sections, and layouts
• Ensure strong mobile responsiveness and smooth user experience across devices
• Troubleshoot technical and design issues while supporting deployment workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with business goals
Qualifications
• Available to join immediately
• Strong familiarity with Figma and modern ecommerce UI/UX principles
• Basic working knowledge of Shopify, HTML/CSS, and responsive design
• Understanding of scroll animations, transitions, and modern web interactions
• Strong attention to detail and execution quality
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with Shopify Liquid
• Familiarity with Framer, GSAP, or motion design tools
• Previous ecommerce, landing page, or Shopify project experience
• Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
