The Role :
We are looking for a Website Developer to own and shape the Jnorss website. Someone who not only can code, but who also understands that on a D2C site, every pixel is either helping or hurting a sale.
This is a role for someone who can build and ship, but thinks first about the customer on the other end what makes them stay, browse, and buy. CRO knowledge will be strongly preferred, alongside a solid grip on Shopify and comfort using modern AI tools to work faster.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and maintain the Shopify store: Write and customize Shopify code (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS) to build, update, and maintain site sections, features, and functionality.
2. Drive CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): Own how the website is structured to convert banner placement, page layout, CTAs, and overall flow and continuously test and improve what's driving or blocking sales.
3. Apply UI/UX and aesthetic judgment: Bring a strong sense of design and usability to every page, ensuring the site looks aesthetic, on-brand, and easy to navigate.
4. Use AI tools to build faster: Use tools like GPT, Codex, and other AI coding assistants to speed up development, debugging, and iteration.
5. Test and iterate: Run A/B tests and analyze site data to identify what's working, then implement changes that improve conversion.
