Shopify Store Management
- Manage the complete Shopify store and daily operations.
- Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly content.
- Organize collections, navigation, filters, and categories.
- Manage inventory, pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- Improve website speed, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with developers for new features and updates.
Product Management
- Upload new products with optimized titles, descriptions, and images.
- Maintain product data accuracy.
- Create bundles, offers, and seasonal collections.
- Ensure consistent branding across all products.
Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Etsy.
- Coordinate inventory synchronization across platforms.
- Monitor pricing, sales performance, and marketplace compliance.
- Handle marketplace promotions and campaigns.
Digital Marketing Coordination
- Work with SEO and Meta Ads teams to improve traffic and conversions.
- Plan product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor Google Analytics and Shopify reports.
- Support social media campaigns and content planning.
Customer Experience
- Monitor customer inquiries and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse partners.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer feedback.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track website traffic and sales performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Analyze best-selling products and customer behavior.
- Recommend improvements based on business insights.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of Shopify or e-commerce management experience.
- Strong understanding of Shopify Admin.
- Experience with Shopify apps and integrations.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces.
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
