Dolphin Infra is looking for a Shopify & E-Commerce Executive who can take ownership of our online store, e-commerce operations, order management, and customer service.
📍 Location: Noida
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month
🏢 Work Mode: On-site
What You'll Handle:
🛒 Shopify Store Management
📦 Order & Inventory Management
💬 Customer Service – WhatsApp, Calls, Email & Social Media
🚚 Logistics & Delivery Coordination
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
📊 E-commerce Reporting & Operations
📝 Product Listing & Website Updates
We’re Looking For:
✔️ Hands-on Shopify experience
✔️ Strong understanding of e-commerce operations
✔️ Excellent customer-handling & communication skills
✔️ Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
✔️ Strong problem-solving & multitasking ability
Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify Apps, SEO or Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
