Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Shopify Developer. The intern will assist in developing and maintaining the company's Shopify storefront, implement design changes, optimize user experience, and troubleshoot technical issues. Additional tasks may include collaborating with the design and marketing teams to enhance website functionality and integrating third-party apps or extensions to improve site performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shopify, Shopify themes, and Liquid templating language.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of e-commerce website functionality and user experience optimization.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and troubleshooting web-related issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience or interest in sustainable fashion, e-commerce, or digital design is a plus.
