We’re hiring a Website Developer*
This is not a “learn and watch” role.
This is a build, break, fix, optimize, and ship role.
We’re looking for a junior developer (1–2+ years experience) who can support real website execution across WordPress, Shopify, and performance-driven builds.
You’ll be working directly on live projects, not isolated tasks, across development, optimization, tracking, and troubleshooting.
*What you’ll be working on*
* Building and maintaining websites using WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and Shopify
* Translating Figma designs into responsive pages
* Fixing bugs, layout issues, and performance bottlenecks
* Supporting technical SEO and page speed optimization
* Setting up and troubleshooting GA4, GTM, events, and conversions
* Working on landing pages, funnels, and lead capture systems
* Managing hosting, DNS, SSL, SMTP, and deployments
* Debugging real issues across real client environments
*What we’re looking for*
You should already be comfortable with:
* WordPress + Elementor (non-negotiable)
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript (practical understanding)
* Basic PHP (at least reading/editing level)
* WooCommerce and/or Shopify
* Debugging and problem-solving independently
* Understanding how websites actually function (not just how they look)
*Strong fit if you:*
* Have built and handled real websites (not just course projects)
* Can troubleshoot instead of getting stuck
* Are comfortable searching, testing, and figuring things out
* Care about clean execution, not just “making it work”
* Can handle feedback and iterate fast
* Want to grow fast by working on actual systems
*Good to have*
* Experience with Shopify Liquid
* Exposure to GA4 / GTM setups
* Basic understanding of technical SEO
* Familiarity with hosting panels, cPanel, or server environments
* Experience in an agency or client-facing environment
