Job Role
We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer with strong expertise in Shopify theme development, Liquid, HTML, CSS, and front-end customization. The ideal candidate should be design-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of building pixel-perfect, high-performance Shopify storefronts aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes
- Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into responsive Shopify layouts
- Implement custom sections, blocks, sliders, and dynamic components
- Write clean, optimized HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid code
- Customize Shopify theme settings, schema, and section logic
- Optimize UI/UX for mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
- Integrate third-party Shopify apps and custom APIs when required
- Debug and resolve frontend, CSS, and theme-related issues
- Follow Shopify best practices for performance and scalability
- Work closely with designers, product, and marketing teams
Required Technical Skills
- Experience in Shopify theme development
- Expert-level knowledge of CSS (Flexbox, Grid, Animations)
- Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript (ES6 basics)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Liquid
- Strong understanding of responsive & mobile-first design
- Experience creating custom sliders, accordions, FAQ sections
- Familiarity with Shopify metafields & dynamic content
- Knowledge of Shopify Admin, Theme Editor, and App ecosystem
- Understanding of SEO-friendly frontend development
Design & UI Expectations
- Ability to create pixel-perfect UI matching designs exactly
- Strong sense of spacing, typography, colors, and layout
- Experience implementing modern UI patterns
- Attention to detail in CSS consistency and alignment
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Experience with Shopify Plus
- Basic knowledge of performance optimization & CRO
- Familiarity with Git / version control
- Experience with A/B testing or CRO tools
- Knowledge of Schema.org / FAQ SEO
