The Role
We're hiring a Shopify Designer + Account Manager — a hybrid role that sits at the heart of our delivery.
You'll own design direction and client relationships for 5–7 active Shopify projects. You'll be the creative force shaping how each store looks and feels, and the trusted partner our clients speak to every day.
This is not a junior role. We're looking for someone who's already done this — built Shopify stores, worked with international D2C brands, and held a client account on their own.
What You'll Own
Design & Creative
- Design Shopify stores end-to-end — homepage, PDP, collection, cart, all supporting pages
- Set fonts, colors, layouts, hierarchy, section flow
- Create banners, illustrations, and visual assets using Figma, Canva, and AI tools
- Maintain a high creative bar — our design quality is our USP
Client Communication
- Run kickoff, review, and feedback calls with UAE / US / UK clients
- Translate client vision into clear creative direction
- Manage timelines, expectations, and content collection
- Own post-launch support for your projects
Project Delivery
- Brief our developers on every section and feature
- Review their output, QA before client delivery
- Push projects from kickoff to launch on time
Who You Are
Must-Have
- 3–5 years designing Shopify stores (agency-side strongly preferred)
- Portfolio of 15+ Shopify stores you've designed or led
- Strong eCommerce + D2C sensibility — you understand what converts
- Fluent English, confident on calls with international clients
- Comfortable in Figma + Canva, familiar with Shopify theme architecture
- Familiar with the Shopify app ecosystem (reviews, wishlist, upsells, etc.)
- Self-driven — you've owned client accounts before, not just executed briefs
Bonus
- CRO or A/B testing experience
- Worked with UAE / US / UK D2C brands
- Basic Liquid familiarity (can read theme code)
- Brand identity or visual design background
Not a Fit If
- You're a pure print/graphic designer with no web experience
- You're a Figma designer with no Shopify exposure
- You've never run a client call alone
- You want a fully remote role (we're on-site, Civil Lines, Jaipur)
