Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shopify D2C Lead, based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include managing the Shopify platform, overseeing online store performance, implementing growth strategies, analyzing customer journeys, and optimizing user experience. Additional responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, monitoring analytics, and ensuring online sales growth through effective e-commerce strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Shopify platform management, including product uploads, catalog management, and site optimization
- Experience with e-commerce strategies and data analytics, including tracking performance metrics and conversion rates
- Skills in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media integration
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing customer journeys for an enhanced user experience
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Understanding of the D2C retail environment and market trends
- Experience with web development and UI/UX design is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a relevant field
