Role: Growth & Content Intern

Lusherra is an emerging Indian plant brand focused on making indoor plants accessible to every home. We offer a wide variety of plants along with curated gifting solutions for individuals, companies, and teams. Our goal is to combine convenience with thoughtful presentation—delivering plants that enhance spaces and experiences.
Role Overview
You will work directly with the founder and play an active role in building and scaling the brand. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute across website management, content creation, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management (Shopify)
- Upload and manage products on Shopify
- Format and publish blog content
- Optimize product pages (titles, descriptions, and basic SEO elements)
2. Content & Social Media
- Edit Instagram reels with a clean and consistent aesthetic
- Schedule and publish content on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Write clear, brand-aligned captions
3. Research & Growth
- Analyze competitor brands, trends, and content strategies
- Suggest improvements for content, website, and positioning
- Support ongoing efforts to enhance overall brand quality
Requirements
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics (important for brand positioning)
- Basic understanding of Instagram and short-form content
- Good written communication skills (English)
- Self-motivated, responsible, and consistent in execution
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Genuine interest in plants, home decor, or lifestyle products (highly preferred)
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Familiarity with Shopify or any CMS platform
- Basic video editing skills

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete the following:
- Share 2–3 Instagram pages they consider visually premium, along with a brief explanation of why their content performs well
- Edit a short sample reel
- Write a sample product description
- Review our website and suggest specific improvements from a user perspective, along with how you would approach them
