About Us:
We are a fast-growing eCommerce business selling Mobile Accessories across India. We are focused on scaling revenue, improving operations, and reducing RTO while optimizing profitability.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Shopify Business Manager who can take ownership of our entire online business—from store management to performance marketing, logistics coordination, and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Shopify store (product listings, pricing, UX, conversions)
- Handle daily operations: orders, inventory, returns, RTO reduction strategies
- Coordinate with courier partners and improve delivery performance
- Run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Analyze business data (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV)
- Implement upsells, bundles, and CRO strategies
- Manage apps, integrations, and automation tools
- Work on scaling strategies (new products, funnels, offers)
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years experience in Shopify/eCommerce management
- Strong understanding of D2C business model
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience with Indian logistics & COD/RTO challenges (important)
- Data-driven mindset (Excel/Google Sheets knowledge required)
- Ability to take ownership and drive growth
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with high-RTO businesses
- Knowledge of email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo, WhatsApp automation)
- Amazon or marketplace experience
- Funnel building (landing pages, upsells)
KPIs (What You Will Be Measured On):
- Revenue growth
- ROAS improvement
- Conversion rate increase
- Reduction in RTO %
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
