Good understanding of e-commerce products and their user journeys, with a strong focus on optimizing user experience. Collaborate closely with marketing and buying teams to conceptualize and design 2C products that meet specific market demands, with some involvement in 2B products as well. Refine visual designs, UI/UX prototypes, and product specifications to elevate user experience and client satisfaction. Engage in design thinking processes to tackle complex challenges and drive innovative solutions for our products. Stay updated on design trends and emerging industries to ensure our products remain competitive.
