Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Shop Manager specializing in customer handling. The Shop Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage client transactions efficiently. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, supervising the shop staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the highest standard of service. The role also involves collaborating with technicians for updates on customer items and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction to build positive relationships and ensure customer needs are met
- Strong skills in Customer Support to effectively handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess operations, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions
- Superior Communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and service teams effectively
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain organization in a shop setting
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or the leather repair/restoration industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using computer software for managing inventory and customer data
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Management or related field is an advantage
- *Salary range will be 15000 to 18000 per month*
