Custom stair and railing specialists know that the gap between a
great design and a successful fabrication is in the drawings —
this role owns that gap.
What You'll Do
- Produce complete shop drawing sets for custom stairs and railings
- Develop 3D models and client-presentation-ready renderings
- Convert field measurements into accurate fabrication drawings
- Update and revise drawings through design changes and approvals
- Support takeoffs and basic pricing as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven shop drawing experience for stairs, railings, or fabrication
- Strong 3D rendering capability for client-facing presentations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable CAD software
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
Nice to Have
- Experience with U.S. construction standards
- Bluebeam or takeoff tool experience
