Research Intern in Artificial Intelligence (AI)

SHL is offering an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates to work as Research Interns in Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role is based at the Gurgaon office and provides hands-on experience in advanced AI and Machine Learning (ML) research areas like Natural Language Processing (NLP), speech/audio processing, and computer vision. As a Research Intern at SHL, you will contribute to innovative AI projects and explore the latest technologies in deep learning and generative AI. Some of your main tasks will include: Working on AI/ML models in areas like NLP, speech, and computer vision Building prototypes using generative AI models like LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multimodal AI Supporting the development of production-ready ML systems Implementing monitoring tools and orchestration frameworks Collaborating on scalable model design and integration Assisting with data collection, annotation, and validation Contributing to research papers and documentation
